We carry out service maintenance and overhaul on-site and at our headquarters of reciprocating compressors of various types at highly competitive prices, with very short execution and intervention times.
If necessary we improve the performance of the machines through customized design studies.
We are able to supply all the wear elements for reciprocating compressors such as piston rings, guide pads, oil scraper rings, guide bushings, stuffing boxes etc., using special materials, coatings and heat treatments.
We can also supply various types of spare parts including cylinders, rods, rod guide supports, cross heads, main and connecting rod bearings, crankshafts, heads, valves, flywheels, wheels, exchangers.
In order to optimize management costs, where possible, we restore cylinders, rods, cross heads, main and connecting rod bearings, crankshafts by adding material.
We also carry out overhaul services for sleeves, stuffing boxes, valves, valve covers, heads, rod guide supports, flywheels, wheels, exchangers, oil pumps.

We also perform compressor alignment with the latest generation of instruments and vibration control.
